There is often a canyon between what I hold to be true and how I live. Bridging this distance requires putting motion to what I believe, departing from the comfortable and stepping over into difficult. Heaven touches the natural things when the carriers of heaven walk where fear tells them not to go.
As the path of life wanders through the valley, piles of bones can be seen littering either side. These dry bones belong to believers who let discouragement consume their hope, those who considered the whispers of the accuser, taking their eyes off of the prize. To all who have given up hope, the same resurrection words that Lazarus heard are being spoken over you this morning… “come forth”. The tomb has released you to live again…

You are not called to be a good citizen or a good child only, but rather, a dispenser of heavenly potion, an authorized dealer of kindness and a lavish lover of both God and man. You are fat with His presence, robust with His wisdom and loved before you were born. You, in your current state, are the desire of your Father and the chosen child with a unique mission to complete.
Believing is the supersonic vehicle that transports us from the soup of the mundane to the banquet table of the impossible. Our job description is to believe, to become full-time believers in the face of doubt, common sense and intellectualism. The outrageous statements of Jesus beckon us to climb aboard. John 6:29, 14:12
The heart of the awakened believer looks expectantly among the commonplace activities of life for opportunities to let God’s love leak out of them.
You are a mystery speaker, a communicator of the hidden treasures of the kingdom in a language that the enemy does not understand. With confidence and frequency, release heaven’s syllables into earth’s atmosphere and into your private world.
“For one who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God; for no one understands, but in his spirit he speaks mysteries.” I Cor 14:2
Men fail, governments fail, ministries fail, our best efforts sometimes fail - But love never will. Love is an unfailing power, a transforming force. Those who learn to wield and dispense this weapon will change the course of history, populating the ranks of heaven.
God spoke everything that has been created into existence, except you. You are different. In making you He came very close, intricately forming you with His own hands, tenderly designing you to love and be loved. Since that day, His thoughts have been upon you - thoughts that outnumber the grains of sand in the earth, longing for you to receive all that He has for you (Ps 139:13&14).
